There are many ways to remain active while at home without a personal gym or exercise equipment. From biking and aerobics to dancing and running, yoga and Pilates, you can easily find fun activities to get your heart rate up and break a sweat.

Walking, jogging or running.
Hiking.
Biking.
Etc.
