Resistance levels:
It offers 3 levels of resistance that you can control through the 2 wheels that each of the Training Cords has (one on each side). These spinners have two positions: 1: downwards and 2: towards one of the sides. The levels correspond to different weights: 2.5 kg, 5 kg and 7.5 kg.
Level 1: both spinners in position 1 (down)
Level 2: One roulette in position 1 and the other in position 2 (to the right or to the left, depending on which side you are on)
Level 3: Both spinners in position 2 (left and right)
