Description
Isoinertial training allows you to work on acceleration/concentric (muscle contraction) and deceleration/eccentric (muscle extension) movements.
This type of training is considered an effective method for stronger, well-trained athletes looking to improve their maximum strength. Muscles have the ability to produce between 20% to 50% more force during the eccentric phase than the concentric phase.
Included: three discs, vest, belt, single handle and right handle.
