Unlike the Roman chair, the GHD provides stability and support when doing sit-ups and back extensions, being able to work calves, hamstrings, glutes and posterior muscle groups without falling or tipping over.
Made of the highest quality steel and with epoxy paint, the padding is pre-molded EVA foam and has vinyl upholstery to offer greater durability for daily use.
The GHD professional is fully adjustable, both vertically and horizontally.
